2. Art Preview (1-3 days): In 1-3 days, an email will be sent to you containing a preview of your artwork. Take your time to carefully review it.

3. Unlimited Revisions: We value your satisfaction. Feel free to request changes - we offer unlimited revisions.

4. Manufacturing (1-3 days): Once your design is approved, we proceed to the manufacturing phase, which typically takes 1 to 3 days.

5. Final Steps & Shipping: Following production, your order is carefully prepared for shipping. For detailed delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship to the UK and offer free shipping on orders above £90.

Order process

• It takes 2-4 business days for you to receive your design by email so you can give us feedback and approve it. 
• Once you approve your design we will produce your order. This takes between 1-3 business days.
• After it's produced we will ship it to you.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our art, we do not offer previews before ordering.

However, we provide unlimited revisions for free and only ship after your approval. Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product and receive exactly what you envisioned.

No, we design all type of animals! We have a very talented team that has done a lot of cats, horses, birds and lots more!

If you're unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to reach out to us at contact@doghumanity.com.

Here’s our advice for the best results:

• Ensure the photo has good lighting.
• Try to capture the photo at eye level with your pet.
• Get a close-up to highlight your pet’s unique features.
• Make sure the photo isn’t blurry.
• Avoid cutting off important features (like ears!) in the frame.

We also have a dedicated team that reviews all photos once orders are placed. If there’s any issue with your photo, we’ll contact you right away via email.

Each product is embroidered with a single thread color. Unfortunately, we cannot embroider in multiple colors at this time.

Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate packages. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.

Our payments are processed in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) & American Dollar (USD)

Once an order is placed, we can’t edit or cancel it due to its personalized nature.
If for any reason you wish to cancel midway, we do offer partial refunds, with $25 deducted for the design work already completed. Please note that digital products are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

We won’t produce or ship anything until you’ve fully approved the design. If you feel a different photo would work better, we can update the artwork for you.
